We use Zoho Sales IQ to help communicate with potential customers that visit our website.  In some cases, this tool may collect personal information from the potential customer which then goes into the Zoho suite of tools including Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics. Upon request we can remove all references to an individual in Zoho’s suite of tools by contacting our support team at info@ArticConsulting.com.

Use to Improve Services

We may use your Data to improve our services. For example, we may use your Data to help solve any issues you might be facing or to inform you about changes or improvements to our Website or services.

We use third party cookies from Google Analytics and the Zoho suite of products to analyze user behavior on our website so that we can make improvements.  Users may opt out of Google Analytics using this tool.
