1. Initial Qualification Interview

A focused discussion to review professional background, relevant experience, career interests, and the fundamental requirements of the position.
4. Technical & Role Expertise Interview
(60 min)
A role-specific evaluation of the knowledge, technical capabilities, problem-solving approach, and professional expertise required to be successful in the position.
2. Professional Alignment Interview
(30 min)
A discussion focused on the candidate’s career objectives, professional strengths, communication approach, and alignment with Artic Consulting’s working environment and expectations.
5. Leadership & Business Impact Interview
(60 min)
A focused evaluation of how the candidate has demonstrated ownership, collaboration, leadership, judgment, and measurable business impact in previous roles.
3. Career Accomplishments Interview
(120 min)
An in-depth review of professional history, examining responsibilities, accomplishments, challenges, key decisions, lessons learned, and career transitions.
6. Professional References & Offer Discussion
The final stage validates relevant professional experience through references and provides an opportunity to discuss the position, expectations, compensation, and the terms of a potential offer.
